The growth strategy process is designed to help women business owners develop a clear strategy that supports long-term success by growing faster, smarter, and more profitably. I’ve had experience helping businesswomen achieve their business growth objectives no matter their market or industry. Where do we begin?

I start by developing a customized growth outline for free. This is a concise business analysis and five strategic initiatives for you to pursue to grow your business. Normally this takes three one-hour one-on-one Zoom meetings. This allows us to get to know each other and decide if working together makes sense.

Growth Strategy Development & Implementation.
Once we decide to move forward with growing your business, we will select the first strategic initiative. During our meetings, we will build out a comprehensive plan, assess progress, and update as needed. You will leave each session with detailed action items to execute the strategy. We will communicate between meetings through email and text to answer questions and keep on track. After we complete the first initiative, we will move on to the second one. By focusing on one initiative at a time, you will be able to execute it well while managing your business and personal life.

Our meetings will be virtual, which enables me to work with you regardless of your physical location.
